1.Fee on Complletion of Recruitment

Annual Base Salary X 30%(excluding tax)
(Equivalent of 12 months of expected monthly salary)

This consulting fee will be due on the date of candidate's date of hire.
If there is any extra cost occurred due to any business trips or pre-research, such cost will be changed with agreement in advance.

2.Method of Payment

The invoice will be sent on the date of candidate's hire after confirming such candidate's appearance at the office. Please remit the amount indicated on the invoice to an appointed bank account within 3 weeks after the invoice is issued.

3.Refund

If the candidate leaves or be dismissed due to his/her own cause the consulting fee will be reimbursed to the clients within 3 weeks after such leave/dismissed occurred based on the following rules:

If leave/dismissed occurred within one month from the date of hire:   50% ofthe consulting fee will be rembursed
If leave/dismissed occurred within 3 months from the date of hire:   30% ofthe consulting fee will be rembursed
